Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AdFlow platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

AdFlow is a platform for creating and managing social media advertising campaigns using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• AI-powered ad copy generation
• Professional AI ad design creation
• Campaign publishing on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting
• Financial wallet and design credit management
• WhatsApp and email notifications

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Information you provide must be accurate, correct, and up to date
• Each account is linked to a single business
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Wallet & Top-ups

• The platform operates on a prepaid wallet system
• You can top up your wallet through the approved payment gateway
• All amounts are in Saudi Riyal (SAR)
• Top-ups are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances

4.2 Campaign Pricing

• Campaign cost = Ad budget + Platform fee (10%) + VAT (15% on fee)
• Amount is deducted from wallet only after you approve publishing
• If publishing to Meta fails, no amount is deducted

4.3 Design Credits

• You receive free design credits upon registration
• Wallet balance can be converted to credits (1 SAR = 1 credit)
• Each design generation consumes one credit
• Wallet-to-credit conversion is irreversible

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform. The following is prohibited:

• Content that violates Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated advertisements
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Advertising prohibited or restricted products or services
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to manipulate AI systems or inject malicious prompts

We reserve the right to reject or remove any violating content without prior notice.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content (text and designs) are suggestions that require your review
• You bear final responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of published content
• AI-generated images are illustrative and may not accurately represent your product
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific advertising results

7. Intellectual Property

• The platform and all its components (code, design, branding) are owned by AdFlow
• Content you upload (logo, product images, text) remains your property
• AI-generated designs for your campaigns may be used for your commercial purposes
• Reselling or distributing generated designs as templates or standalone products is not permitted

8. Platform Availability

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice
• Campaign performance depends on Meta's platform and advertising market conditions
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Meta, payment gateway)

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific advertising results (impressions, clicks, sales)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign
• We are not liable for business decisions based on platform data
• We are not liable for Meta rejecting any ad due to their policies

10. Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us
• We may immediately suspend your account for violation of these terms
• Upon cancellation, all active campaigns will be stopped
• Remaining wallet balance can be requested for refund within 90 days of cancellation

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
